Accelerated Productivity
With constant interruptions and the fast pace of working life we may struggle to maintain focus and productivity: then morale drops and our stress levels rise.
We can stay on top of our work, we can control the pulls on our time and we can protect the head space we need to do great work.
The Accelerated Productivity programme encourages us to question the way we work before providing a range of tools for managing ourselves better. Part time management, part project management, the programme examines how to work effectively with email, calendars, tasks and co-workers.
The programme is delivered in small groups and results in the implementation of a complete personal productivity system. On completion you will be up and running with renewed motivation and an immediate boost to productivity. The techniques are simple and easy to sustain. You will benefit from 121 support at your desk plus 121 follow up support a fortnight and a month after completing the programme. The programme is usually delivered over one day either to teams or as an open course for individuals.
